Based on a successful operation of the three - at that time – world’s largest coolers in Wuhu and Tongling, IKN was again rewarded a contract from Anhui Conch Cement Co. for supply and installation of a new clinker cooler at Chizhou plant in Anhui Province in China.

This new IKN Cooler, even larger than the three earlier coolers, will set a new record with its agreed operational data. Similar to the earlier coolers it includes a 6 roll 4,8m water cooled intermediate crusher. The heart of the cooler is the latest generation IKN hydraulic power pack which drives the two grates with only 2 cylinders each, greatly simplifying the installation and the operation of the cooler.

Commissioning is planned for early 2022.
